+How do I change or cancel my booking?
Sign in to Jambo.Travel and open the booking from My bookings. You'll see the current cancellation policy and, if the rate allows it, a Cancel booking button with a live penalty preview. Prefer we handle it? Email or call us with your booking reference.
+The hotel refuses to honour my booking — what do I do?
Email us immediately at hello@jambo.travel with your booking reference and, if possible, a photo of what the hotel is showing you. We check the inbox at least once every 24 hours, will speak to the hotel and, if needed, arrange an equivalent property at no extra cost.
+I'm having trouble finding my confirmation email
Check your spam / promotions folder for a message from notify.jambo.travel. If it's not there, sign in and reopen the booking — you can re-download the voucher from the booking page.
+Can I pay at the hotel?
Most rates on Jambo.Travel are paid at the hotel on arrival. A valid credit card is used only to guarantee the reservation. Some special rates are paid at booking — this is always clearly shown before you confirm.
+Do prices include taxes and fees?
Yes, displayed prices include all taxes and fees returned by the hotel, unless an item is explicitly listed as 'payable at the hotel' (for example city tax or resort fee). You'll see the full breakdown before confirming.
+Is my personal data safe?
We only share the guest details needed to complete your reservation with the hotel and our wholesale partner. Full details are in our privacy policy.
